We worked for the world market and technology leader in steel wire transformation and coating technologies. The entire ventilation system (9,50,000 CFM) was designed, sourced, transported, installed and commissioned by Aqua Chill Systems.
There is evaporative cooling unit (single/double stage), axial fan, HVLS fans, ventilation fans, roof extract fans, smoke/ fire dampers, FRP Ducting consists of factory-fabricated ducting with reinforcement / stiffeners complete with supports, GI bolts and nuts, self-adhesive foam gasket tape for air tight flange connection etc.
The FRP ducts were manufactured of non-combustible material and conformed to ASTM - D 3982.
The customer was very satisfied with Aqua Chill Systems and awarded 3 repeat orders on Aqua Chill Systems within the same FY 2017-18.
