Job Description:

• Manage project engineering from initial stage to commissioning, ensuring technical coordination and compliance with tender/customer requirements and technical standards
• Conduct basic and detailed engineering designs for MCC panels, PLC/DDC panels, and instrumentation
• Specify electrical and PLC/DDC panels, along with ancillary systems, in accordance with project requirements and technical standards
• Perform sizing calculations for electrical components and cabling, ensuring adherence to industry standards
• Design earthing systems in line with tender/customer requirements and latest technical standards
• Procure technical clearances of vendor quotations and oversee manufacturing processes
• Conduct inspections of MCC/PDB/PLC/DDC panels for dispatch clearance
• Integrate instrument specifications into system designs and logic requirements for seamless operation

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in HVAC or related project work/commissioning preferred
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently with technical competence
• Strong understanding of project deliverables and performance parameters
• Proficiency in understanding and specifying electrical system documentation
• Knowledge of site installation requirements, preferably with an HVAC background
• Familiarity with MCC, PCC, PLC/DDC systems, including operational logic, commissioning, and performance establishment
• Understanding of electrical technical standards and best practices
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors.

Job Description:

The Safety Engineer is responsible for overseeing and enforcing all safety protocols and requirements at various site locations. This role involves coordinating with customers, maintaining safety documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Safety Engineer will also conduct safety audits, promote safety awareness, and manage safety performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all safety requirements and documentation at various sites.
• Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and update safety policies and manuals as necessary.
• Coordinate with customers across different sites to ensure safety requirements are met.
• Track and maintain safety reports, including near misses, safe man-hours, total man-hours, and attendance records.

• Thoroughly review and study technical documentation related to the panels and associated electrical scope
• Conduct inspections of MCC, PDB, PLC, and DDC panels to authorize dispatch clearance.
• Perform logic and I/O testing on DDC and PLC panels.
• Oversee quality control during the fabrication and wiring of panels.

• Maintain and troubleshoot ammonia-based screw chillers with precise temperature control at 5.3/0.0 degrees Celsius.
