Air Conditioning and Process Cooling for Paper & Pulp Industry
ITC Paper at Bhadrachalam, needed a suitable solution for air conditioning and process cooling of the pioneer PSPD and paper & pulp mill with guarantees of the parameters.
Aqua Chill extensively worked with the project team of ITC Paper to understand, optimize and design the most appropriate system for the new mill. A Chilled Water based Air Conditioning and process cooling System of 600 TR capacity was finalized. The entire HVAC system was designed, sourced, transported, installed and commissioned by us.
The primary chilled water pumping systems are sized to cater system flow and pressure. The shell and tube heat exchanger were used for process cooling. The condenser water pumps, cooling towers and water piping are designed and installed to provide flexible operation and energy savings.
We have timely executed the turnkey project in coordination with civil work progress and exceeded desired performance. We achieved estimated savings in annual electricity consumption. We have delivered systems with higher reliability, flexibility and convenience of operation compared to conventional/ earlier system design.
