Mr. Suhas Shinde, Managing Director of Aqua Chill Systems, is a veteran of the HVAC and engineering industry with over 35 years of experience. His professional journey began at Thermax Ltd., and in 1997, he founded Aqua Chill Systems India Pvt. Ltd., initially operating as a Thermax Service Franchisee (TSF). Since then, under his strategic leadership, the company has achieved consistent growth, industry recognition, and a reputation as a leader in innovative HVAC solutions.

As the driving force behind Aqua Chill’s business strategy, he has been instrumental in positioning the company among India’s leading HVAC solution providers. Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Shinde is a fitness enthusiast, philanthropist, and accomplished endurance athlete. He has completed the Ironman Triathlon (2022), participated in multiple marathons (9 full and 10–15 half marathons), and finished the Half Ironman thrice, reflecting his commitment, discipline, and perseverance, values that are an inherent part of Aqua Chill’s culture.

Director, Sales & Marketing

Gajanan Khot

Mr. Gajanan Khot, Director of Sales & Marketing, brings more than 35 years of expertise in HVAC and Combined Heating, Power and Cooling (CHPC) systems. His career includes significant roles at Kirloskar Pneumatics Company Limited and Thermax Limited, before he founded Tri Gen Energy Design Pvt. Ltd. (TEDPL) in 2007. Following TEDPL’s merger with Aqua Chill, he leads the company’s front-end value chain, overseeing sales, marketing, commercial operations, OEM partnerships, and customer relations.
Mr. Khot has earned recognition as a Gold Medalist and India’s Best Energy Auditor, awarded by the National Productivity Council, Government of India. Internationally, he has the distinction of being one of the early Indian professionals to become a LEED 2009 Accredited Professional certified by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). With his proven track record of converting corporate vision into actionable growth strategies, he continues to strengthen Aqua Chill’s market leadership and brand value.

Director – Operations

Kiran Kulkarni

Mr. Kiran Kulkarni, Director – Operations at Aqua Chill Systems India Pvt. Ltd., brings over 35 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, and project execution. His career reflects a deep expertise in driving operational excellence through strategic alignment of engineering, supply, and project execution functions to support organizational growth and customer success.

Before joining Aqua Chill in 2011, Mr. Kulkarni held key roles in services, project management, and large-scale ERP implementations, including for Thermax Ltd. A certified ERP implementation professional, he combines process-driven thinking with a pragmatic leadership approach to strengthen operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness resulting in timely project execution.

At Aqua Chill, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing supply chain management, supplier relations, and project planning and execution. His focus on continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cross-functional team collaboration has been instrumental in building a robust operations framework and ensuring the company’s readiness for future challenges.

A dynamic leader, Chandrashekar TV serves as Business Head, powering Aqua Chill’s growth in India and global markets. With three decades of versatile experience in leadership, P&L management, and strategic operations, Chandrashekar blends deep knowledge of the Indian market with global business insights. A mechanical engineer with multiple certifications, he is renowned for building and scaling businesses for Indian and multinational companies—including several 10x growth achievements.

Chandrashekhar’s philosophy centers on doing what is right for markets, customers, and employees, driving success with integrity and vision. He is affiliated with ISHRAE and Rotary International.

With 25 years of experience, Amol Suryawanshi leads Aqua Chill’s Project Division, driving excellence in planning, execution, and delivery across diverse industrial sectors. A Mechanical Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with a Six Sigma Green Belt, he brings deep expertise in managing complex EPC projects from concept to completion.
Since joining Aqua Chill seven years ago, Amol has successfully delivered over 100 projects in industries including Food & Beverage, Steel, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Pharma, Data Centers, and Oil & Gas. Prashant Kardekar

With 32 years of engineering experience, Prashant leads system design for captive power plants, co-generation systems, industrial HVAC and energy-efficiency retrofit projects.
